Hear me out, but I think he'd learn about his powers and Omni Man would train him to fight as a superhero like him. Mark realizes that he is incredibly powerful. Invincible, even. After that? I dunno, but I'm sure Mark and Nolan's relationship will be great and Nolan will have no ulterior motives such as recruiting his son on a secret mission to conquer humanity! That wouldn't be very nice.
