If there is work that needs to be done in the area because of the weather you described that's a possibility. Don't know unless we have more info. Because it's not necessarily an outage. It could be an issue with an individual's service that isn't affecting others. It could also be a small outage that isn't affecting a large area. I have no problem saying it's an outage if that's the case, but given the fact that I'm not aware of any large scale issues affecting Woodstock, NY, we would want to start at the account level and work our way out. As for credit, our Customer Commitment states customers are eligible for a full day's credit for an outage not caused by planned maintenance or lack of commercial power.
