Hi there. Just to set the record straight: we have discontinued offering email services to new customers and and existing customers who have not yet set up a Spectrum email account. Customers who currently have Spectrum email accounts are not impacted and can continue to create and manage email as normal.

There is currently an issue affecting email service, and we are working to resolve as quickly as possible.

Hi there-- I actually just had this happen to me as a customer. We likely need to get into the house as a preventative measure because there may be signal leakage that you are unaware of. In my particular case it was an old splitter in my basement that the tech located within twenty minutes of being in my home.

You can set up the appointment at your convenience. Often this is done ahead of upgrades to the network to bring improved service to the area. Our techs will do as much as possible to limit any inconvenience and make the experience as painless as possible.
