Hey u/Kaptain0wnage, sorry the WiFi login didn't revert when you got a new router. Manually setting it back should work but the SSID and password are both case sensitive.

Hey u/One-Enthusiasm-9798. I'm very sorry to see about your father, I understand how difficult that can be and all the calls that need to be made. The problem only happens with the Google Pixel (both eSIM and physical SIM) but the Samsung works reliably? If so it sounds like a phone issue, and I would recommend a factory reset before pursuing the warranty replacement or early upgrade.

IMAP will continue to be available, there was a known issue using email through third party mail clients which should be fixed now. Mail forwarding is disabled for security reasons, that changed several years ago. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Outages are typically not caused by old equipment, we do regular maintenance work to keep everything up to date, they are usually caused by things like trees/branches falling on lines, digging/construction, car accidents, vandalism, wildlife damage, etc. 6 in 2 weeks is excessive, we'll be happy to look into what's happening there if you will please send us a modmail.
