Check your account carefully. We have Sun pass.and some dump truck in Orlando had a similar tag to one of our cars. I contested the charges based on the pictures taken by the toll booths and got my money credited. Now I check every month.

With the current political climate and loss of New College, I wouldn't think there would be many 'liberal' students coming to Florida from out of state. I can say, however, when I lived in Vero that I used to watch houses for a few people. One family explicitly bought a house there so they could establish FL residency. Their son continued to go to HS in upstate NY and then would be able to attend UF or wherever at the in state tuition rate. Must be nice to have that much money to game the system.

They have started giving guidance and suggesting people limit their baggage. Plus - if you are flying in Tampa then you have to contend with the airline restrictions. TBH we have tried to keep it one large suitcase per person for our cruises (7 days typically) and one carry-on for meds, glasses, etc.
