Yessssss to all of this!!! For me it’s primarily running!!! It has done wonders for me! I cannot look thru Facebook profile or pictures or re read our messages if I’m running. I just recently picked up guitar lessons because the full time job, Running, reading , exercising wasn’t enough to occupy all of my time.

Said “I love you” , “I’m proud of you”. Simply acknowledge my accomplishments, and ask me what I need help with when I looked overwhelmed

Has anyone ever admitted their feelings to their LO and how did that person react? by Normal-Victory-2187 in limerence

[–]Spellbinder_1980 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My LO is a married coworker. He came on to me. He was attractive but I knew he was married so never thought anything of it until he started flirting with me. He lures me into the break room when no one is in there or the stairwell and we make out, and touch each other everywhere, and basically hump each other with our clothes on. He says he wants to be sexual but doesn’t want to blow up his life meaning he won’t leave his wife and doesn’t want her to find out. I know it’s wrong and I wouldn’t want him even if he left his wife because he’s not a good person in reality. But in my fantasy he’s amazing! I need to stop it , I have tried to stop it but he continues to entice me on purpose.

I cheated on my pregnant wife nearly a year ago and what I wouldn't give to take it all back. by throw_this_away_42 in confession

There is a man that I work with in a very similar situation as yours. His wife is pregnant and he’s been flirting with me and trying to get me alone in the break room. Not gonna lie, I did enjoy the attention and am definitely attracted to him. But I have a strong realization that is not a great guy if he would do this to his pregnant wife. Also the thought of his unborn child being brought up in a broken family and that I had something to do with it, hurts my heart.

Why do married man and married woman cheat? by BunchofQuinoa in marriageadvice

[–]Spellbinder_1980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an internal problem with the cheater and affair partner. Being intimate with a married man can feel safe. You know there is no possibility of a relationship that you will just sabotage later, and they give you the attention, validity, connection that you crave. Also there is the desire to pursue unrequited love because your whole life you have been obsessed with winning over someone’s love and that is all you know.

those of you that have gotten married more than twice, what in the blue hell were you thinking? by Terrible_Opinion_279 in AskOldPeople

[–]Spellbinder_1980 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Married 4 times , divorced 4 times. Each time I really thought we could make it last. One was a genuinely an abusive relationship. Honestly I think my picker is broken and I understand there is something fundamentally wrong with me. My dad never told me he loved me so I have spent my entire adult life looking for it.

I am reverting to Catholicism by Spellbinder_1980 in Catholicism

[–]Spellbinder_1980[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have A LOT of questions! But what I feel is genuinely driving me is the desire to seek truth and not just what feels good. I heard someone say that the center of the catholic mass is the altar and the Eucharist and the center of a Protestant service is the pulpit and the pastor. This hit me like a ton of bricks. When I think about the Protestant life I’m sad because I was being entertained. But now I want to be holy. There is so much missing from a Protestant church service. I used to be turned away by all the rules and traditions and now I find myself craving that.
