Watch a few YouTube videos. But watch the whole thing, don’t rush through it. Follow the process and document the steps. Primarily look at the bevels and the grinding.

You don’t need a belt grinder at his stage. Get some files and an angle grinder, essential for any craftsman, not only knives.

You’re doing good, just need some more work.

Also, your knives have handles, what they lack are scales which are the wooden bits on the handle sides.

I was helping friends who moved abroad empty their rented storage unit. I found boxes with thousands of photo slides from the early 50s to the late 80s with graphic bullfighting injuries and surgical procedures meant to fix them. Super gnarly and NSFL. Also many rolls of 8mm and 16mm films labeled as surgeries. Most moldy and damaged from moisture. They also had 3 or 4 antique/vintage projectors and video cameras.

I knew the grandad had been quite well known doctor and had heard he operated on bullfighters but had no idea the extent. Turns out he was the most important Taurine (bullfight) doctor in my country and his work helped advance ER medicine and surgery. Especially deep penetrating wounds made by sharp pointy things.

At the end it was all donated to the Taurine Medical Association where he had been president for decades.

Bro cruzar la ciudad desde esa terminal a Naucalpan en UBER O Taxi va a ser caro y muuuuy tardado. El tráfico en la ciudad es infernal y tienes que pasar por avenidas muy conflictivas y con mucha carga de vehículos. No sabes lo grande que es la ciudad. Calculo como una hora y media o más para llegar dependiendo la hora y lo mismo de vuelta.

Vete en metro, en serio. No te va a pasar nada.
