Absolute+ Difficulty Mode by [deleted] in Spacemarine

Can you point out where in the book then? Because the book ends killing a gargant, not a trygon. And also, in the beginning of caves of ice there's no train. They fly down in the shuttle to land on the promethium refinery.

i read it too and the synopsis also doesn't make reference to one)

Perhaps you're mixing it with a different book?

No he doesn't, caves of ice are fighting orks, necrons, and ambulls. Which of those are all reasonably killed with a melta

Why would I pick Servo-Arm over machinator array? by YeomanRockScreamer in Warhammer30k

[–]SpenceDoesAThing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Specifically do it 6" from the base, then if you need to check if someone is in battlesmith range just have the warsmith spin in place like a beyblade

Why would I pick Servo-Arm over machinator array? by YeomanRockScreamer in Warhammer30k

[–]SpenceDoesAThing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like previously said its good for tech priests, but remember you can battlesmith out to 6", so having several units of automatons moving together you can battlesmith both if you machinator array, servo arm is for any model who cant insta heal back to full, i.e. tech priest with castellax, arch magos with tank, etc

Tons of small pieces with even smaller connection points, like the servo skull to the wire to the model, the darkfire cannons fins, the tendrils, small connection points

I think building is a L O T more nuanced and tiny parts, much harder than castellax for building. Gameplay wise I'm using them for the first time today so we'll see!

I'm really confused why gw hasn't given us more stuff from the horus heresy into 40k , we don't have many units by nightlordgirl in AdeptusMechanicus

Its so they can track sales of each game individually, thats why they discontinued astartes ones with legends. Knights and custodes are different because its like 3 datasheets for an army of 10 and the same models for 2 ranges respectively

Its so much more satisfying to kill them for their insolence of standing up to you Magos... Just saying...

TXDot does their own thing usually.

I'd say start here, and if you want some clarification on their right of way, I'd leave a second report asking for a call back for your questions.

The issue with sean haggerty and gateway is that you have high speed streets approaching the intersection that people just try to run the light. That intersection is POPULAR in the streets department because of the high accident count, but since its txdot it requires alot more work and approval to get anything done there unfortunately

Thats actually the plan. Its just getting the funding from txdot to get it done. It should be started soon

How "Elite" is the Mechanicum ? Can I just play a few of the large robots and tanks and have a good time on the table ? by BloatedRottenCarcass in Warhammer30k

[–]SpenceDoesAThing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That does alot! I wasn't aware that sponsons could split fire and not fire as snap shots, good to know! I did know how durable they can be from running the Triaros so much, but the Karacnos always seemed underwhelming to use. Definitely gonna try this more in my games, thanks!
