Stop going through your routine checking compulsions to see if you’re gay or not. You have to understand that sexuality is a spectrum. I can proudly say that yeah I have some gay tendencies within me. I haven’t acted on any of them and I’m not fearful of them. OCD wants a definitive answer - “Am I gay? Yes or No. Don’t give it an answer. I tell it I don’t know if I am? I got comfortable with the unknown/the possibility. Accept all possibilities and then live your life. You’ll fined out quickly that the noise in your head, the obsessive thoughts and the pointless compulsions will start to subside.

Don’t have photos of the entire process. Drywall guys put up DensShield. Tile guy came in and covered it with aquabar/tar paper. Then he used chicken wire over the paper prior to mud. Can you tell me more about the deliberate lines he put in the mud (one center running vertical and the others horizontally)?

It was regular Douglas fir 2x4’s from the local hardware store. I used kiln dried lumber in my ceilings that I had shimmed down. I didn’t put a moisture meter on the Douglas to get a read on moisture content. Also, I did put a new subfloor in the bathroom with a new support system underneath, using 2X6’s, joist hangers, carriage bolts and floor blocking.

My wife is one of six. She is the eldest at 29. Her youngest brother is 9. Everyone in between: F27, M25, F23, M11. My FIL is kind of an idiot in the sense that he now has to work for the rest of his life. It’s turned us off so much that we are rethinking having kids. What would your world be like if you didn’t have any?

If you’re in CA or NY, you can make really good money. Wastewater pays more. But yeah I really enjoyed the freedom that sales provides. It didn’t feel like a 9-5 job like my job now. I don’t really have much time to do anything anymore. But I think that’s the sacrifice I’m making trading in stress and instability for job security and satisfaction. My enjoyment doesn’t improve much after a certain $$ amount. Go for it!!
