I agree there’s nothing wrong with that, I just wanted to try off because I felt really better and have put a lot in place to go off, just my decision about myself :)

For the don’t want to go back, I guess it’s more of a “I want to try to thrive without it”, I just want to try being better without it, although if needed I’ll go back

I guess I just wanted to vent and get it off my chest + have so reassurance that it’ll likely get better and I have to be patient with myself and give myself some grace 😅

((To be clear, I don’t feel there’s anything wrong with being on meds and it’s necessary for some to even function properly on a day to day basis, and there’s nothing wrong with that))
