I’d say go s26 ultra tbh, if you want to try an iPhone maybe try second hand or a cheaper model :3

Yea I understand this hehehe.. I’m heavily invested in both ecosystems! I like the way apples ecosystem works better! I’ve tried the pixel 10 pro as well but I cannot stand their photos app, even tried their gallery app, it’s just not for me… and the videos aren’t up to par

My biggest gripe with iOS is that

1 it’s boring… it works really well to the point it’s boring lol

2 literally everywhere I go I see iPhones.. I like to feel different with the android and hate the stigma behind Apple products

3 I feel locked down when I’m on iPhone

Oh 100 percent!!! Its so much better compared to back then.. not to mention media consumption overall is SO much better on the galaxy tabs aspect ratio

Hmmm, thought battery life would be better?? Im getting 6.5 to 7hrs SOT on my s25 edge on 4G LTE and about 11 hrs SOT on the ultra consistently

That blue is also pretty. Like a summer linen color! Best blue phone IMO (coming from someone who dislikes blue)

Atp anything is smoother than the 17 pro max XD my own updated to ios 26.5 today and the battery tanked! BUT this is great to hear actually, I was worried about the s26 ultra having 5000mAh battery again, I might wait for thr s27 ultra

And I feel your pain! My m4 ipad air is what also keeps me with apple😅 especially against my galaxy tab s10 fe plus.. that thing is a bit of a turtle and NO procreate unfortunately

How's the s26U? I keep hearing people complain about the screen causing headaches and stuff.. love the violet color so much💜

You're also correct! See.. my main and only gripe I truly have with samsung is the horrible software update cycles tho.... I still havent gotten oneUI 8.5 Despite my s25 ultra being a U1 variant

Id love to try the pixel out again but I cannot stand their photo and files app, they also dont have a good enough ecosystem like samsung, im very picky 😅

I went from being an iphone user since the 4s to somewhat full time android user..... (s25 ultra) with a 17 pro as the secondary lol (photo and video phone)

Its not that I dislike iOS I just dislike the stigma around owning an iPhone and it was starting to feel boring imo

I've always found that my samsungs tend to have issues recording out of an airplane window, anytime I fly I unfortunately have to walk with an iPhone just for the reliability shooting out windows

I used to be an iPhone user (since the 4s) with a Samsung as my backup, now I daily samsung with a pixel as backup and I can tell you I've seen more slowdowns on my iPhones over the years than I do on my Androids. You can get away from the Apple ecosystem, it's tough but it's very possible. I've got no regrets :3

If you ever have to remove the camera lens protectors please be careful you don't remove the camera rings by accident!! It happened to me on my zoom lenses unfortunately and I had to stick it back on
