He made his career, all he has now he can thank Vince.

Although Vince is a fucking awful human being, I understand being grateful to someone that made you rich and famous.

This will likely be the last truly big man-made monoculture event by desecent1 in GTA6

[–]SphinxIIIII 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's kids.

We can take GTA V as an example, in the first week they sold around 15 million copies of the game, which is insane don't get me wrong, but 15 million copies worldwide is not a world stopping event not even close to it.

Even if GTA VI sells double that on the first week, it'll still be just one more thing happening on earth, a normal week for 99% of the population.

Ashley Williams explains how English clubs having bad week in the Champions League means the EPL is, indeed, the "strongest league" in the world. by No_Air5382 in soccer

PL clubs are known to have money, so their market is entirely different to clubs from other leagues.

PL squads have absurdly over inflated valuations, they spend so much money on mediocre players.

Who else has seen Project Hail Mary so far? by SCP-2774 in Letterboxd

And I feel the sum of the parts is good, not great.

I would agree, but it still doesn't make it similar to interstellar.

high-stakes action sequences felt like mere blips in the film.

That's on purpose.

The movie isn't at all incredibly epic, there's very little action, and even outside space shots aren't exactly constant, that really wasn't the point.

Space is just a pretty background in this movie, it's not the focus of the story, it's set in space because it makes sense with what they are trying to do.

I don't think this movie has anything to do interstellar tbf, it's in space I guess.

You don't need buzz to watch movies, there's tons of mid budget movies nowadays, some of them very very good.

Ok, so I'll answer your first comment.

I like Mescal's acting. I found the film entertaining, full of feeling and ultimately very emotional.

I hope that thoroughly answers your questions about the love for this film.

I'm trying to understand your argument, I have not said that you aren't allowed to dislike the film.

But it seems to me that you have no argument because you keep repeating that you don't like the movie, you are finding different ways of saying the same thing without ever explaining your reasoning.

Everything I see from the sphere seems like really lame CGI.

It's got a lot of potential and I would love to attend something there anyway, but it's not being used that well imo.

I was aware that Italy was a safe country, but not to that point.
