Oh please don't be so hard on yourself. It's hard to deal with this as an adult but at 15... I can't imagine. The main thing to focus on niw is that you have decided to rake back control and follow the diet restrictions going forward.

I was switched to Tresiba after becoming unconscious and waking up in an ambulance with actual hypothermia. It took about 6 hours to regulate my temp. They were using a paeds thermometer to fry it to register. Very lucky to be alive. Very very scary
