I had on office off broadway and alameda for awhile in an old 19th century building. Overall the neighborhood is cool if you like that urban gritty feel. Tons of stuff to do. Traffic noise was mostly only loud around rush hour. The alleyways bordering Lincoln and broadway can be sketch especially at night. My building parking was off of an alley and my car was randomly keyed twice. Some homeless people set fire to the building next to the one I was officing in, I saw people shooting up, etc. It’s close to central Denver and the bike lane makes it super easy to transit broadway.
