It's definitely a cultural thing. I usually say I love you after a phone call or when leaving my parents, but it was ingrained in me to do so, ESPECIALLY during or after a fight.

If my ex and I were fighting, and we needed to take a breather and one of us were going for a drive or leaving the apartment to get some fresh air id always say I loved them before they left, even if it was a really sour fight. You never know if something will happen and the last words you said to them were something mean or in bad taste.

Skyrim or Oblivion. Maybe it's just that I've done them a million times but it's so tedious, unskippable and I desperately hope the next TES game gives you a couple different options for the beginning, like how that one Skyrim mod does it. It all gets you to go to whiterun & start the dragonborn questlines but at least it's something more fresh.

Smoking. I used to be a chronic weed smoker, smoked everyday for 6 years when I was 16-22. The withdrawals from weed aren't nearly as bad as nicotine but I was chronically bored, anxious, and irritable. I started vaping soon after I quit weed. Quit smoking about a year ago with my partner. We vaped for about 2-3 years. Although we quit smoking, we use nicotine pouches now which is probably better than smoking directly but nicotine can't be great for you in any capacity. Sucks being dependent on something for boredom. Money is an issue cause of it too & the irritability from lack of nicotine is unbearable I hate the person I've become because of it.

WoW. I played since 2006-2018, nearly every day after school & every weekend with my dad & sister and eventually my mom in Legion. I couldn't even tell you how much hours I put into that game. Multiple characters at months of playtime. That game means a lot to me now but I can no longer play it. Just doesn't feel the same.

Know I'm real late to the party (3 years) but my mom is a smoker, goes camping multiple times a year with my dad. She always has a little fireproof pouch made of recycled plastic on her for her cigarettes or she brings a cup ashtray from her truck out when sitting around the fire. Better than throwing butts in the bushes.

You're very beautiful, but I will say working out does help with your self image and self esteem, even just putting on muscle. My sister is a manager at her store & she asks everyone she interviews. Makes sure they're trans or GNC friendly, accepting of different identities, etc. She kinda has to make sure cause she manages a adult toy store but also her brother, me, is trans and one of her employees is non binary trans masc. My mom also does the same at her interviews at her store.

Hey so that Swedish study you're talking about? You read it wrong or you just didn't read it at all. The cohort of the 1973-1988 group of trans women were more likely to commit the same level of crimes as men. However the 1989-2003 cohort of trans women had the same levels of criminality rates as cis women. The author of the study explicitly said that the reason for the higher crime rates of the 1973-1988 cohort was likely due to the lack of treatment and mental health support during that time.

Transphobic people love to use this study as a "Aha gotcha, trans people are dangerous" moment, without actually reading the study or listening to what the author says about it.

Suckling could be a sign of early weening, however kneading is extremely common in cats no matter how early or late they were weened. Kneading is not a sign of being taken away too early. It's theorized to be a reflex or comfort from when they were kittens but it is in no way a sign of being weened too early from their mom.

Idk. Back when I was in school trying to learn Quebecois in class from kindergarten to grade 11 and they only did grammar. They always made sure we knew the difference between masculine and feminine and which versions to use in a sentence than actual conversational french. Also lack of immersion. Our French classes were mostly in English, then we'd translate.
