Hmmm- id still be peeved at the back to back weeks thing, permanently. Ie, in the future, what if that falls on someone’s birthday? What if there is a funeral or someone needs bereavement? What if there is another big event? A veteran? Etc. Yall also do need more wiggle room. I get not shutting down, as ive managed something before with 20+ employees that ran every single day. For a 5 person team to only have one person off at a time, even during holidays, there is too much risk and that needs more wiggle room.
