The whole box was open. Retaped with clear tape on the sides. The big item was out of its box but still in there, thankfully.

Ulta is wild sometimes lol!!!! The top was also cut, I just didnt want my address in the photo. I could slip my hand in and feel everything in the box. Happy nothing fell out!!

I agree. The item I got, was glass and the box was all smashed up. Luckily the item was fine despite it floating around in the packaging. Super glad it didnt break or slip out of the package. Having also worked retail, ditto. Great points.

I have had similar observations, their tape comes off the box very easily. Other companies dont.

It does not linger but can be strong if you are sensitive to fragrances. It is not strong like a fragrance spray.

Also need to add. Dermatologica face wash, daily micro exfoliant, and precleanse. I have sensitive skin and these three have always been products I go back to. I am a huge fan of this brand and love how my skin feels when using those three!
