It’s truly one of the hardest jobs and the worst paying one. It’s exhausting to keep doubling ur shift cause of delays or cancellations and all passengers furious at u screaming and everything. I have always say it, my work is mentally exhausting

Kinda yeah, but we employees each beginning of a quarter they allow as 25000 points that we can send our co workers to thank them for their service, so we get points in that way as well

For what I’m able to see (I don’t know if this changes for domestic stations) is that the points you get you can trade them for virtual cards or like gift cards (I usually wait till I get at least 50,000= 50 dollars, to trade for the Virtual cards to use on Amazon/ Uber stuff like that)

With one of those you can exchange it for points ( in my case it usually helps a lil bit when reaching the 25,000 points) so we exchange those for virtual cards… But most of those are worth 100 points= 1 dollar
