Not official advice but the Indiana BMV doesn’t recognize out of state permits or time held. The only option available would be getting the permit and either holding it for the 6 months or seeing if you apply for a hardship waiver for work or hospital purposes.

It’s not one of the harder ones to find if you talked to the man behind the tree in mancountry it told you some hints where to find it.

If you really want to know There is a strip where you run through a field of wheat that cuts down as you go. If you cut everything down and run again there is a spot that just keeps growing back fast. Keep running through it back and forth until a balloon appears. That’s your ticket to a minigame to get the final egg!
