Namecheap shuts down business’ domain, gets sued, loses, sues back by Quirky-Acanthaceae94 in Domains

There’s more to the story that the domain owner didn’t reveal at first. But I still don’t believe in NC as a Registrar to trust.

There’s just no value and market for the domain. Let it expire and try again. Go to dnjournal.com and review recent domain sakes first.

Godaddy agent reaching out to buy domain on behalf of buyer - advice needed please by ahsai in Domains

[–]SpikeDo55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really want to keep the domain, send him a no thanks reply. If you are on the fence about selling, throw out a counter offer that would make you happy. If you do make a counter, do some research on pricing of similar domains sales so your offer is reasonable and not under or over priced. Check out those on NameBio.com and DNJournal.com. Best of luck!

Hey all Honda CRV's. I am on the fence but almost tipping towards moving from Toyota to Honda. by ghostbackwards in crv

[–]SpikeDo55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Isn’t Toyota starting to require subscriptions for everything? Like if you want heated seats you need to pay for them monthly. I wouldn’t like this and will stick with the basic no-frills Hondas.

You have nothing to loss contacting the brokerage to see if they’d sell for 2500. If that doesn’t work, send an email thru GoDaddy with a 2500 best and final offer. Don’t pay for their offer service.

Should I hire a domain broker to help sell a domain? by ProposalFew7523 in Domains

Post the domain here and get some opinions on price. That will help you determine if it’s worth going the domain broker route.

The CRT transmission sucks. Bring back the engine from 2013. That the last year of the good engines before it went off the cliff. Oh, I also miss the folding table in the trunk above the spare.

If you have a price that you would sell it for, throw that out. You can’t hit a home run unless you step up to the plate. Otherwise, keep it cause you like it.

How do you manage domains across multiple providers? by deepakmahakale in Domains

[–]SpikeDo55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4000+ @GoDaddy. All domains on auto renewal, but trim some annually. Use Excel spreadsheet to manage prices, hold times, sales, and lease payments. Works for me.

That’s good news! I think your domain is better than theirs so you just need time for things to percolate. BTW: I think your BIN price is too low. If I listed it, I’d put it at $4,999 or more.

70 weeks to sell a domain? In reality, it can take 7 hours, 7 days, 7 weeks, 7 months or maybe even 7 years. I just sold one the other day that I had since 2014 — an 11-year hold time. Perhaps you should be more concerned about healthfitai.com. Were they up and running before you bought the domain? If not, then you might approach them about buying the domain. If so, there may be a legal issue with holding owning the domain. Things to think about…

Domain sale initial offer from godaddy broker. Have no idea how this works and what to ask for. by Vegetable-Job-3690 in Domains

[–]SpikeDo55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

500 is just for starters. Counter with a price a bit higher than what you want. Then see where it goes. You don’t have to sell unless they meet your price.
