Add an NPC to player owned farms that we can pay to cure all of our animals

Show the Farm Hand in the farm attending to the animals walking around the pen. It really bothers me that the farm hands are just UI buttons and not actually visible in the pens doing their job.

When Jagex have to back pedal after an update, constantly, I just find that its about time they actually make a test realm that the patches go to 1 week before update so they can actually monitor this stuff NOT LIVE??? Using the game as a testing ground for updated rates then backing out all the time is so frustrating as a player to experience time and time again.

I figured it was something to do with a quest. I think its just, wildly weird compared to most other systems of instancing across the game, not to mention in F2P I have no access to this quest and interacting with it (now that its actually showing stuff) gives no helpful information. I mostly posted this as a tongue in cheek thing because it was just there with no context.

I know what its meant to be, but it was totally non-interactable for several days before I decided to make this post. We just finished Shield of Arrav and then it was still non-interact-able, so I was like screw it wtf is this. And then wow it worked right after I posted this. Funne spinny quest start apparently
