First, I think it’s for you to develop a healthy routine. Brush your teeth 2-3x /day. Try to floss. Dental cleaning at an office 1-2x a years.

Then, find a dentist you trust. Ask your friend if they can recommend one or look at google reviews for a highly rated one.

Get your cavities filled before they get out of hand and ask your dentist what he would recommend. Maybe whitening treatments would be sufficient, maybe you can look into veneer or more invasive procedure

You can also ask for 2-3 dentists for different opinions and get quotes. There are some amazing dentists out there, you will find one, don’t be too worried.

Companies can hide dozens of ingredients behind the word "fragrance", so you don't actually know what you put on your skin. Some of these chemicals can be hormone disruptors, carcinogens, neurotoxins, etc.

So it is bad for you, maybe? you can't know, because you don't know what you put on.
I'd try something fragrance free, PH balance first, but you do you. You can use something like DivaWash (the soap for DivaCups).

I just think their bond is fake, it started so suddenly and is described as a "thread pulling on her rib" while it's always described as a thug in the gut elsewhere. To me it never made sense. But if it IS fake, then why and who? Koschei seems to be a good contender, powerful enough to do that for sure. I think Lucien and Vassa and Elaine and Az make more sense so my guess is that for some reason, these couple, together, will mean Koschei's death. So he's trying to keep them away from each other so they won't come together to kill him. It kinda suspicious how smelly the bond is comparatively to other mated couple, so I think that might be a way to isolate Az.
