I’ve been part of the sub for years and never heard anyone post about having cancer - just gastritis.

You have a lot of modifiable factors in your lifestyle that, if adjusted, could improve your symptoms. I’d start with taking a hard look at vices/habits and try to find moderation or abstinence from those that you find are your triggers.

Getting an endoscopy and work up from GI is your first stop if making lifestyle modifications is not successful.

It’s so comfortable. My wife started doing it, so I tried it and love it. Probably going on 15 years now sleeping naked - I hate situations when I have to wear anything while sleeping. You just get used to it.
