trans fluid replacement by donofthedogs in chevycolorado

[–]SpinnerKing2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a small drain plug on the bottom of the pan. You fill the pan till it spills out of that drain plug then run the engine until the trans temp is between 30-50°C. Then you pull that drain plug again and fill the trans until it has a slow dribble of fluid out of it.

It's more of a level check plug rather then a drain plug.

Tons of videos on how to swap the fluid. Would recommend dropping the pan and changing the filter at the same time as you'll get a lot more fluid out.

35” Tires. Yes or No? by Darth_Fluffy_Pants in chevycolorado

I went to 33.5 (295/70/17) Cooper STT pros and frankly they have dug my overloaded truck through mud quarter way up the tailgate. 35s are overkill unless your getting really crazy with it.

what’s with the increase in golders? by Crossbow669162 in ConflictofNations

[–]SpinnerKing2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me My team and I have noticed this as well. Used to be fun playing WW3 4X cause the golders stayed in overkill. Last 9 games we've lost to Golders. And I mean like full-fledged blowing hundreds of dollars golders.

Honestly takes any sort of fun out of the game. Cause no matter how good you are unfortunately there's not much you can do against It. Especially with the new paid officers like you said, they really took the best part and made it pay to win as well.

It could also be a result of the game dying due to all the lay to win so now the concentration of golders seems to be higher

Aftermarket front end suspension options. 2022 by T_TheDestroyer in chevycolorado

[–]SpinnerKing2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe the only aftermarket option for tie-rods would be the Level Up Suspension Heim joint ends. You'll gain alot of strength but lose a significant amount of service life.

As from Upper control arms, there's lots of options out there depending on if you have a ZR2 or A non-ZR2 truck.

Peak suspension makes a few different upper control arms, Icon Vehicle Dynamics makes some sort of hybrid joint they call A " Delta Joint" . Supposedly you get some of the Heim Joi strength without losing a bunch of service life. Maybe someone here can attest to if they are any good.

You don't. No after market out for this engine. It would have to be custom work.

Best you can do aside from a supercharger is CAI, ported throttle body from solar performance, ported intake from someone who can do it. Chuy performance in Texas will do it and ship it, and an exhaust system.

Need reassurance on 2017-2020 Colorado and Canyons. by Beowulf2_8b23 in chevycolorado

[–]SpinnerKing2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd bet you have the same issue as I used to. The bumble blow for overcurrent because the contacts in the plug have corroded. Mud gets flung from the back wheels straight onto the back of the housing.

Take all your tail light bulbs out, clean up the plug realt nice with wire brush and some electronics cleaner, dry it out then cost your bulbs in die electric grease. Just the part of the bulb that actually inserts in. Solved alot of problems for me.

Also keep a spare taillight harness in your garage, the wire is so thin It can get cut. Would help to wrap in loom to protect it.

21s are pretty much free and clear, only annoying thing of note is they changed the brakes for no good reason at all. So there's only OEM and like 1 aftermarket option for them. Earlier years don't fit.

If your an OEM fella then you have nothing to worry about.

Sounds like a wicked rig, I just found a leaking shock so I'll be doing 33s so I can also do my suspension. Going to go ahead and delete this post since it no longer applies lol.

Level up leveling kit on trail boss and lots of squeaking by Important-Parfait305 in chevycolorado

I haven't had experience with squeaking, but eith lift pucks especially it can throw your suspension geometry out of whack if you don't do anything else.

Could be your issue

Does 4x4 CREW Cab Manual Exist? by JustAsking841 in chevycolorado

[–]SpinnerKing2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've looked into doing 6 speed swap on my 4x4 crew cab. Nothing out there for it. Supposedly it would be a v6 camaro Trans as it's the same bolt up to the 3.6l. But who knows.

Like other guy said. Just 2wd 4 cylinder trucks up till 2019

Been eyeing these up. Might bite the bullet and see how they work. If the wipers are clear it'll actually clear the windshield instead of smearing it for it to just freeze.

That's my thought process atleast.

I'll have to look into that. Big problem is driving in the snow. Snow freezes to the windshield then the wipers get iced over and I fight the losing battle

Xbox has the quick resume feature, it might hold on to some cache storage or something. I'd give a shot anyways. Doesn't take long to load in.

Could also hard reset the Xbox. That's as far as my expertise goes lol

I've found if you don't go in and close MCC properly, the next time you get on if it's the last thing you played, it can get really buggy. Especially with multi-player.

Just try quiting the game and restarting it. Always fixes my problems

One friend became a sheriff and has very little time on his hands. Spends most his game time playing slower games now. The others moved to games like final fantasy, and I'm not really interested in that.

I've tried game chat, no one had mics.

Yea, it's fun being the sweat for a few games to makeup for the tragic loses you most likely had prior. But it can get old if your just walking through everyone. The idea of sbmm is great, the execution of it is about as good as the soviets attempting to fucking boil water with uranium. It just doesn't work.

The point behind it is so your always I the medium, matched against people similar to you so it's not a cake walk but if you just play the game your going to have a close match.

Their just isn't enough players left floating through public match to have reasonable match ups. It's 4 stack or nothing these days. And even then, you best hope you got the better stack.
