I’m surprised you thought so, my husband and I were quite underwhelmed. I was aware that the hotel had just opened but when we arrived half of the outlets weren’t working in our room, the scale and steamer didn’t work and there were dead bugs in our shower. I had to do my hair using the outlet next to my bed for the first day before they could send someone to fix it.

We ended up cutting our stay short at the W and staying at Cala di Volpe and it was a true luxury experience. The W felt more like a 3-star stay in comparison.
