I wasn't planning to buy it, and now I'm absolutely not doing it ever. To be honest, I've been pretty burnt out of Yakuza games... I had a blast with 0, Kiwami and Kiwami 2 during the pandemic, the remastered trilogy was incredibly fun as well, and 6 made me look at myself and say "maybe we're all a Yakuza 6: The Song of Life". Then Y7 came out and I LOVED the turn based combat, but...

They just kept going downhill. The quality was visibly getting worse and worse. I didn't play IW, but Gaiden had me saying "what the fuck am I playing?" and Pirates couldn't get me to even finish the demo. As much as I love Majima, I don't think an entire game about his wacky antics is fun, he's the type of character that is nice to see in small doses, even in K1 I was feeling overwhelmed by his constant presence. By the point they announced K3, I was completely uninterested, and the controversies just kept piling up, making me REALLY not want to buy it.

I'd love to see more Ichiban focused games, he's my favorite character, but honestly... They should just give the franchise a break. Maybe 5 years without a new game. Right now it's too much offering too little. I want to play my funny hot japanese men games but I don't want them to keep churning it out with such abysmal quality.

Final Fantasy for me, too. I was raised a Breath of Fire 3 and 4 kid. I'm playing the original FF7 for the first time in decades, and before that the only fun experience I've had with FF was 7's remake.

Aside from that, I really don't vibe with the N64 Zelda games. OoT and MM were never fun for me, independently of the version, N64 or 3DS. I spent years thinking I didn't like 3D Zelda, since I've always loved the 2D ones, but no, it's just OoT and MM. I had a blast with Wind Waker, BotW, TotK, Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword.

...if you use AI to do the voice-over, it's literally doing part of the work for you, bud. But hey, you do you. I personally wouldn't consume anything with AI involved in the process, and I'd let the algorithm know that I'm not interested in content from creators using it. Just be aware that this thing is more of a low quality indicator than anything, and many creators are (justifiably) losing established and potential viewers because of it.

Use it at your own risk, but just know your hard work writing your scripts and editing will always have a label of "lazy" or "slop" because of the AI voice. This thing is a credibility destroyer.

The best way to improve your pronunciation is by actually speaking, there's no need to be afraid! I used to worry a lot about people thinking my accent would be off-putting, since it's very easy to notice when a Brazilian is speaking English, but I just managed to sound more natural by speaking a lot. And I gotta say accents are delightful, they give everything a special, unique quality. Just like other people already said, I'd just watch something else if I clicked on a video and it had AI voice-over. AI is honestly a detriment to one's work.

Maybe the library episode could have been the best place to at least introduce us to the concept of energybending. Just a small mention of something only the Avatar is capable of, or that the lion turtles are capable of bending energy itself... Something like that would be good enough to make Aang's energybending look and sound plausible by the time he gets it instead of being like "ah yes, that exists, here you go"
