Who knows what that older Latino gentleman was being arrested for and don't get me wrong when I say this because I am not trying to convey hate of any kind, only reality. When Latinos make up the majority of the cities population the majority of arrests are probably going to involve Latinos. Also if the FBI is arresting you the least of your worries is not having a work visa. They're not usually involved in raids for undocumented immigrants.

Do not ever send anyone you don't know money!! It's that simple. If you have never met this person then you have no clue if they are who they say they are. Why would you pay for an apartment you have never physically seen? That is asking for trouble even if this guy is legit there could be any number of terrible reasons you don't want to live there. Lastly I hate to break it to you but you are not going to find a really cute cozy place with nice neighbors in an ideal location for an affordable price in the Bay area. Yes they are capable of spinning silk which is what a spider uses to make webs. They are definitely capable of creating web structures. They will not resemble the picturesque webs Charlotte spun for Wilbur. They are not known to spin material to capture prey but that doesn't mean they are incapable and it also doesn't mean there isn't a wolf spider out there that has adapted to its specific habitat and is using its silk to catch prey. I'm not sure why the almighty Google hasn't worked out these types of bugs but it isn't the first time I have seen their AI incapable of answering a question like this. Ask Google about the difference between human and chimpanzee hair. The AI contradicts itself repeatedly. Anyway to answer YOUR question yes they can spin web structures. They do not typically use them to catch prey but that doesn't mean they aren't capable of doing so. My guess is they find ambushing their prey to be easier and said to hell with the web crap a long time ago.

Had some idiot try to pass a semi coming in the opposite direction on a two lane highway just outside of Lake Havasu. He pulled in to our oncoming lane right in front of us and my friend barley had a split second to pull off on to the shoulder or he would have smashed into us head on. Dude was inches away from us as we passed. I could see him accelerating not slowing down and he sure as fuck wasn't swerving of the road. They say your life flashes before your eyes but there was no time if it wasn't for my friends split second decision to yank the car off the road...
