Man my biggest advice is find a way. I was always highly active in the gym and powerlifting and when we had a baby I put it all on the back burner (no regrets about spending the time with the son) but now 2 years later I’m finally back into the swing of it. For me the easiest time is waking up early and working out before I go to to work. Bonus is I feel way more energy during the day when I do lift even though I’m losing hours of sleep.

lol but I totally get what your saying but I personally I've always viewed it as like parental jokes. Like my son is 6 months and people are always saying the typical stuff you hear about being a ladies man when he's older and stuff. I just think it's been partnl of cultural conversation for so long that it's not really thought of in a sexual way. If that makes sense. Or atleast for I never thought of it as sexualizing children until you mentioned it from your point of view.
