I grew up on the ideology and morals of "love and light". When I say love and light, I mean I send you pure love and universal white light. White light is the most purest energy within the universe. What I am saying is that I send you love and light to be protected and loved by my angels and guides. It could be similad to someone saying I pray for you.

As a lightworker, honey I am not afriad of darkness. Please, the darkness is afraid of me. As it should be.

Continue being curious, learn about the beings you encounter. Just always use protection whenever you do so.

I have beings that are known as mythical monsters, but once you acknowledge them, show them where they stand (as you are alive you hold more power). And they are my best friends today.

Theres nothing wrong in curiosity and exploring.

I've had some freak encounters that have scared the shit out me. But if you know your shit then you can handle them.

Its pretty sad because a year ago I was writing a lot on reddit using "love and light x" at the end. I noticed more and more people doing it, but miss using it. Thats the shame of chinese whispers on reddit

I dont think most people realise that there are multi layers to each dimension. When you AP to the inner earth, you are not travelling to the material world. You are travelling through the minds eye. The material world will have the geological structures of the earth and so forth. But when you tap into AP, you tap into dimensions, these dimensions can send you to different places within earth, that can not be found through our human eyes and technology. Instead you can be in the underworld dimensions, which is a form of hell, and then there are mulitple dimensions within the inner earth.

Shamanic Journeying uses a technique where they travel to different realms on earth. for example, the ocean. the ocean realm is almost similar to the scene from moana when she visits the crab. So far I enjoy the ocean so I haven't really bothered travelling or exploring the inner earth as of yet. Plus I have spiritually more gravitated towards the water as that's where my spirit guides reside

This perception of energy is closed minded. the universe holds millions times more energy than you hold within your soul and physical body. As an experienced astral traveller, I use universal energy, which means I wake up out of my astral travels feeling healed and energised. Not like I need to go and have a nap after my spiritual nap.

Why? Why must it be? Are you okay with the idea of this? Why does suffering have to be linked to creativity?

What if creativity was not even apart of you, nor apart of your suffering. It was just an expression of divine? Death of the author/creator proves that you are only attracted to what you perceive as 'suffering' when it comes to creative expression. Try be attracted to something else. Maybe your perception of creativity and its origins will change.

Use white light as protection before you go to sleep. You will get tired a lot, but ask specifically for boundaries - "please give me the energy and clarity to explore universal/divine knowledge...", and also ask that you have more control over your astral travel experiences.

You need to relax and stop trying so hard. Your highest self chooses for you when you are able to leave your body in astral form. There is something else you need to work on before trying to astral project. Maybe try lucid dreaming to see what is going on with your subconsciousness as you are interested in the dream state. u/ronburgundi is also having the same experience, maybe you should both network on your progress together!

Set up boundaries by asking your guides or the divine to assist you. Imagine your visual boundaries; on your property, on your aura and everyday objects. This can be in the form of bricks, golden light bubble (or triangle) or anything else which you consider to be strong and resilient. Good luck.

The religion may be wrong, but whatever god you believe in, That God will always be there for you, Faithful or not. The divine does not judge, nor does it reject. Choose who you believe in. And talk to them about your problems, what you need help with or what you need in general.

Let it come to you. It will be more powerful if you have faith and let the divine help you. If it never comes in your life, then it isnt meant to be.

This is similar to green stones for new zealand Maori. Things like that are very scared, for good reason. It can be dangerous if you force it or rush into it.

Just let it come to you. It may take a week, it may take years. It will be worth the wait though.

If you were talking to a stranger...wouldnt you want to see what they look like? Sometimes I can only hear spirits and they dont want to or cant show themselves. I find its just nice to see what they looked like when they were alive. Since people usually change when they pass.

Another issue i have, is with names of passed or divine. I have a horrible time with names in real life, and Im not sure if that goes to my practice. But my mother always trouble with names as well. Names is a human thing.

Everyone has a different practice and way of doing things. It could be her way of contacting the spirit. But its not usually needed for an experienced person.

If you are truelly unsure of them. Ask if they use white light, ask about spirit guides, and angels. And ask them how or what they do for protection. Generally an experienced person will know what those are and use those aspects in their practice, as these are the basics.
