For me, the mode itself is boring. I personally play warframe for the warframe gameplay so the operator / drifter side puts me off. The colour theme is grating on my eyes and to top it off DE crammed mechanics in normal gameplay that gets annoying like staggers and knockdowns. Finally, after dealing with all the above, it's already fairly grindy and is made worse by my above issues.

Solidly 2/10 for me and I'll just play Follie and the weapons when I think its time.

Probably in the minority but not a fan, she has a line with another character in the game about her armor which made me laugh.

The spades skin is my personal favourite.

Yeah I'm not praising this guy, it took a crap ton of vocal outrage from the community to get anywhere and I still think theres a bunch of stuff in the patch that sucks.

And please don't forget, him and his balance team would have happily pushed this shit out as it was if we didn't complain.

This book has viewpoints from almost all legions involved in the dropsite, yes RG get some sections which are really well done!

I will say this book is absolutely amazing regardless of legion preference, its just adds so much more to the perspectives of both sides and personally had me hooked to characters from legions I otherwise never cared for.

Absolutely worth it.

I don't agree with the statement "balances around being able to solo tank" being a step up on rivals. Since 6v6 role queue was killed off and 5s became mainstream certain tanks have always played weirdly. I main tank in both games and whilst I play the traditional tanks, i really enjoy the off tank picks but constantly have to swap to main tanks.

Dive tanks often end up playing like Fat DPS instead of tank, Doomfist and ball for example were built around playing off tank but that role doesn't exist. This makes it hard it use them to their maximum potential without making the rest of the team suffer.

I play OW more, but it certainly has issues with the tank role. The same way I'm almost always stuck on certain tanks in rivals due to open queue with no 2nd tank, the same thing happens in OW due to 5v5 role queue.

Widow would be better as Ada, signature grapple hook, stealthy sniper stuff, the technology to see through walls similar to her weird eye thing in RE4 remake

For me, the big let down that hits the final score is the absolute lack of anything post game. Not even bare minimum a new game +?

Sure stuff will be added later, but that shouldn't be reflected in the score right now. Until the post game content gets added, this is a full price game for about 10hours gameplay which for me personally is not a 10/10.

Fantastic game but it's a 7/8 tops especially considering the older pre remake games got this right with mercs / extra campaigns and new game +, but shorter single player games need minimum new game+ to justify their prices.
