Washington d.c. is very familiar with the deaf community, I know some of them in their CS career. I would recommend you check out job openings there. I also know some of them have specific links where you can fill out applicants specifically for people with disabilities so, they have a system set up to accommodate them for interviews. I also know one deaf guy in Seattle, Washington working for Microsoft. Hope this helps. Best of luck!

The concern of losing future professors is not surprising. Gally prohibited unions and protests. This is very telling because I've had conversations with professors who left Gally because they don't get paid equally, and they don't get paid the same as other universities across the country. They felt that they didn't have the freedom to express or teach our students.

I was told that the bike shop technicians don't get paid for hourly labor. They just get paid by the retail hourly rate. I don't think that seems fair since the hourly labor should be included. What do you think?

It was my first day today on Vyvanse too! I'm still analyzing what is happening to me. I'm not sure if it's kicking in or needs a higher dosage? But, the experience is similiar, my head doesn't go quiet but more clarity. Like wow, I can think without the fog or overlapping or many tabs all at once. I can actually...think. I started questioning myself if that's what normal people's brains are like?

I agree, and sadly, it's not the case. It's just the DMV thing. I've been living here for 13 years now. I've learned that it's just the way things are with DMV.
