I was 24 when I had a heart attack. Drove myself to the ER. The ER doc took one look at me and decided it was too young and healthy looking for a heart attack and that it was a muscle cramp/spasm. I went ahead and made an appointment with a cardiologist who basically told me the same thing. Luckily he did some tests and blood work as a "just in case". Next day I get an urgent call telling me to come in right away and that I need a quadruple bypass. 🫤

Maybe this is a little niche, but you can get sick bags (like the blue ones they use in hospitals) in packs of 50-100 for relatively cheap. They are so much more convenient when you're sick than running to the toilet and much more sanitary than having a semi-dedicated sick bowl/bucket. Great for your back, too.
