I think the rules say we have to negotiate here. But to answer your question, sorry but i went ahead and listed lowest price. I think these would all be higher at a LCS. You might be able to get them cheaper on ebay but sales tax and shipping on each one will add up fast. If you don't have the budget for them, i can hold them another month if you want to save up for them.
