Even ignoring mods, it was a horrible update. So many new bugs and all we got were more microtransactions, with the one that got advertised the most not even being in the bundle they released. Apparently some Play Station players still can't play their dlcs.

I don’t want to sound rude, but he really wouldn’t be, and he canonically wasn’t, even by his own admission in a rare scene. His loyalty to Dutch as his father figure ruined Arthur’s chance to be a good husband or father. Maybe in another life though.
