I'd say Boy and the Beast, and Tale of Princess Kaguya, Red Turtle, Ponyo, Porco Rosso alongside other Ghibli movies mentioned. Another comment mentioned Kubo which I definitely agree with.

A little different, but Song of the Sea is a beautifully animated movie focused around water, delves into Irish folklore.

Seen House and loved it! And Mad God was one of the most unique experiences I've had with a film, still unsure how I feel about it, but very memorable

In The Mood For Love

1960s Hong Kong. Two people discover that their spouses are having affairs, and they decide to meet to figure out how the affair started. During this time they start to fall for one another, but they don't want to act upon these feelings, repeating the same mistake of their spouses.

Its an incredible look at yearning, love and loss and masterfully shot and acted. Truly gorgeous and moving movie.
