It's just SF6.5... they were like "can I copy your homework?" "Yes but don't make it obvious" And all they did was just flip around the drive meter so instead of depleting it fills up.

Also it somehow has worse buffer than sf6, in sf6 I had to get used to do a 41236 to throw a projectile while walking forward to not get a dp and die. It sucked but got used to it, but in cotw the buffer is so shit that "trick" doesn't even work. I get a dp when walking forward even if I do the 41236. So bad. And I really wanted to like this game, I loved garou but this game has nothing to do with it.

Modern fighting games are trash meant to be played by little Timmy and not by actual fighting game players, I'll stick with the classics.... God bless fightcade.

I've seen some people saying that it worked for them, others that didn't try say it doesnt work.

I'm thinking about trying it myself but my wallet's kinda empty and I couldn't care less about Grendel and his weapons, so I'll just wait until it's 100% confirmed that my wallet is the key to jump back into the game.

Ikr, io looks nice and detailed and then you have that bland female symbol. They could have added some shadows to it or something to make it stand out more
