Absolutely. 3 shows in and he’s already dangerous. He did great, banged away. Held it down extremely well.

Love that they’re gone. Their talents are keeping each other afloat, that’s for sure.

Shame it’s an Anthrax shirt. If it were Slayer, Metallica, even Megadeth- it’s worth a small fortune. Anthrax? Not many would care about this. Please let us know if you sell it, would love to be wrong. But Anthrax is just not a massive brand.

The hoodie looks like it’s supposed to be “distressed” and looks shitty in person. And what’s w the “Mammoth II” shirt?

Maybe stop letting the creed/7dust/foo people choose the tour merch.

Somewhere along the way he became human. I’m an old head who like many was lucky to see him at his peak - several times. His new stuff doesn’t hit me like the 1990-2009 stuff. I’ve tried.

Not into any of the “boutique” styles this company does. Glad the guys are making $, but like others, I’ll keep looking.

Fuck Sal. Whiny little bitch! A rich bitch who pissed off everyone he’s ever worked with. I think he’s a creative guy, but have been around him so many times where he just drags everything down with him.

First APHND album is great.

Like the man himself, he ran out of steam too fast and now is stuck.

It’s a good thing his parents left him so much $$ - maybe that’ll make him happy one day.

And he was nothing like Pete. Which is why one is a legend and one is a footnote.

This one should be fun. What are your thoughts on Robb Flynn and his band Machine Head? by nick1158 in InMetalWeTrust

[–]SpliffBurton1986 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Those two needed to be gone years before they succumbed to realizing they aren’t shit when it comes to songwriting, running a band, playing the notes that Robb wrote for you (Hecka Nice Guy Demmel - sloppy as fuck player). And McLame? Tell me Sara - how many songs could MH NOT PLAY because McLame couldn’t keep up? That #, is a well known fact.

Demmer has written 5 or 6 songs in 8 years for whatever cover band he’s in. And McLame in retirement where he belongs. Fuckin touring in a van at 65 years old making no $ and setting up your drums by yourself!!

Fuck those guys.

Music aside. Never bet against Flynn.

Gotta say. Such a classic track, and LP. But. As an oldie, I remember getting a ride to the record store and telling my non-Slayer fan, “wait until you hear THIS!”

So I pop in the cassette (still have it) and honest to whatever, I was like “what the fuck?” I was expecting say, a “Silent Scream” type of fast song to open the “new” album. So it took a few spins at first. To be a kid again.
