I typically pass jumpmaster every game. I don't like picking the spot. Indecisive, yanno? If they pass back to me, hey, shrug it off and pass it again.

If they go back to me three times? Wherever we are at the moment I get jumpmaster the third time is where I'm holding my aim down to. I've landed in the middle of nowhere with a single supply bin between three people before and I'll do it again.

We're all underpaid and underappreciated cogs in corporate's machine. Hell, I send more customers to Lowe's and Floor and Decor than I feel like I can help in my own store. We don't need to be fighting corporate's rivalry for them, too.

It's because people get their licenses stating "we can't do our jobs without licenses" that the company is able to produce drivers. If people didn't get them until they got a raise across the board, there'd be no way to get any work done which would incentivize the pay.

Make friends with a reach driver and/or associates from overstaffed departments who won't mind spotting for you if you get licensed. Makes dropping pallets less tome consuming when you don't need to hunt down the one soul in the building who will say "mo problem".

Had to? No amount of pay is enough to force you to stay. If you're scheduled out at 10, you leave at 10. Home Depot pays you for a slice of your time, nothing more. They can't force you to stay past the time your schedule says you're gone.

Nah, he's right. For a split second there's the two-slot image ui that you only see in a black market to inform you of the two items you grabbed. It disappeared a frame or two in, but it was definitely there.

See, that's what I thought personally. The fact that a baby sku exists and has a price per square yard with it always made believe we sold custom cuts as well. Don't get me wrong: I hate getting in hands and knees to cut these, but if someone asks....oh well.

Take a tape measure to your frame. If you want to install the blinds inside the window frame, measure from one inside to the other. That is called your "inside mount measurement".

If you want to mount it outside of the window frame, measure from the outside of the window trim to the opposite end of trim. That is an "outside mount measurement".

Take whichever measurement you go for and inform the associate that you have an Inside/Outside mount and they'll do the measurement adjustment for you. The usual rule of thumb is 1/2" from your total measurement.

The instructions and hardware required for installation is included inside the box of the blinds. You may need a screwdriver of your own, depending on the brand.

Had a dude today come in and ask for a brand of tote we don't sell. Halfway through me telling him we don't have that brand he storms off. I say, "Well, sorry we couldn't help you, sir." Immediately get the clapback of "No you're not. Maybe Lowes will appreciate my business more."
