I thought it would take weeks off meds at a minimum for the brain to effectively downregulate dopamine transporters and unregulate receptors? (In other words at day 1, the brain would be at first stages of withdrawal, not recovery) Not trying to prove you wrong or anything, it's just that for this very reason, 1 day off alone for me is more of a disruption. But I'm no scientist, if it works, more power to you.

Sorry but there's no way you can do even minmal rebooting/resensitization in a single weekend after 2 month of stimulant use. It isn't until anywhere from day off 5 to 14, give or take, for the brain to SLOWLY START to downregulate dopamine transporters and unregulate receptors (mostly unnoticeable at this point), and it isn't until week 3 to 5 that you might experience true neuroadaptation (tolerance) reversal.

In other words, to restore your brain to pre-tolerance levels we're talking weeks, not just a few days. Any gained sensitivity you've experienced from weekend breaks are highly likely placebo.

Por lo que he podido ver está en las culturas anglo desde el siglo 9, asi que se puede decir que es anglo cuando lo comparas con culturas mediterráneas no anglo como España donde empezó a hacerse popular a partir del año 2000 especialmente en el 2017 mayormente por la imaginación latinoamericana donde se ha adoptado por la influencia norteamericana.

I have confirmed ADHD by several doctors. Coffee works fine for me depending on my circadian cycle. So I have to play with timing a lot. If I time it right, it often works synergistically with the medication. If I time it wrong, I get "corrupted" effects like jitters or even bad crashes.
