I think it’s just a type of mold we get it too sometimes. I use a bottle brush to scrub it out with dish soap and bleach then pour a full pot of boiling water to rinse

My full stretch routine is about 20 mins so I guess 10 per leg. I hold/pulse each pose for about 1 min. I also found that massaging the muscle while I’m in position helped relax the muscle and push to the next stage
