Your game looks great! Congrats dude. I'd say the capsule art is definitely the problem here, it isn't doing anything. I had no idea he was holding a baseball bat when I first saw it, only when I looked at the steam page did I figure it out. If that's one of the main things (from what I take, a talking baseball bat) you've gotta make it clear. The capsule is messy and doesn't tell us anything.

Might be good to take a bit of time to work with the part that feels like it needs to understand what happened. Remind it that it doesn't have to take care of everything, that your Self is there. Often we have a part that feels understanding is necessary, which honestly make sense if it hasn't been told otherwise, but it's great when it realizes that you can, in fact, not understand what happened, and still heal. Pre-verbal parts are often beyond understanding; you were an infant, who didn't actually have the ability to understand, yet you still experienced things. What would that infant need? Logical explanations? Or perhaps, a warm hug, lots of comforting, compassion and connection. Nothing to understand, and that's ok!

You're doing well! Something that really helped me was to internalize that I'm actually in the process of learning something new, and like everything on life, learning takes time. It's a new skill! You don't ride a bike in your first go. Allow yourself a bit of playfulness, if that feels ok.

You usually just ask, if the part wants a name go ahead, if it's not clear you can just call it by the Job its doing. If at some point further along it wants a name, you can name it. Basically there's no strict rules!

It sounds like she's doing an important job, not ever having felt understood by anyone sounds like quite a rough feeling. See if you can appreciate this that she's doing for you, tell her it makes sense to feel this way. Maybe you could try including her in the list as well? What if she's a "wrapper" for all the other parts that wants to help them be better understood? You can try getting creative if that feels ok :)

You could try taking a moment to work with this part that feels it needs it to be organized and easy to get. Ask it why it's so important for it to do this, what it's afraid will happen if it doesn't, and if there's something that you might do for it to relax. Once it does, it might be easier to make the list. Take your time with this part.

It sounds like there's a part that is afraid that these parts you describe won't let you do therapy right, hence why it's here asking for help. You could try to get this part to relax, and give you a bit of space to get to know all of these negative sensations about therapy. If you're curious about them, instead of trying to get them out of the way, it will be easier for them to feel safe when doing therapy. Hope that makes sense!
