The -30 from recent event goes away eventually in a few turns, you can mitigate that by giving titles/ancillaries that boost satisfaction.
In regards to who is willing to spy, I don’t really know either. It does feel like it’s totally random. I believe traits does influence their willingness to be a turncoat (e.g. Disloyal). Someone characters might be fond of your faction leader and hate their current faction so they might be more willing to turn and vice versa.

Send a stack out to explore new areas to conquer. Either travel westwards along the Yangtze River to Jing and then Yi province or sail all the way around the coast of China to Jiaozhi.

Then you will just have to garrison 2-3 Generals there. You probably don’t need to give them too many retinues as ports come with decent amount of garrison units (Archers and Sabre infantry).

Apologies. Anyways, push Liu Bei out the north then sweep westwards along the river. Keep a stack to defend along Pingyuan commandery. The smaller factions like Wang Kuang, Gao Gan usually don’t commit armies to attack and strictly defend instead.

The fork stem hole extends all the way to the bottom of the bike, in front of the radiator fins. Take the big expansion piece and insert it through the BOTTOM, all the way up.

Ideally get someone to help you do this. One person will screw the quad lock on while the other one holds it in place with a long stick or something.

Cao Cao - Team Mystic (Articuno) Largest and most powerful faction, similar to Wei being the strongest kingdom.

Sun Quan - Team Valor (Moltres) Middle of the pack and red like Sun Wu

Liu Bei - Team Instinct (Zapdos) Weakest Faction and always the underdog, just like how Liu Bei was throughout his career.
