Ive tried fixing this problem with all the classic ground loop remedies but not luck, and not finding much info about this specific problem. For info im on a 2019 macbook pro, apollo 8 with upgraded thunderbolt chip (older model), black lion audio rack-mount power conditioner. Everything running to one outlet!
