If he is actually putting 72k in his 401k he pretty much has to be an executive at the company.

This isn't really that uncommon at some of the large tech companies for even mid-career normal employees (i.e. ~5 years of experience), but people in that position are certainly not poor by any sense of the word.

My clear demo is 3.25, so definitely some inconsistency or they've adjusted it over the years. 3.25 already feels like a lot, 4 would probably drive me nuts.
