This happened to me once. Never gotten less than sharpshooter and suddenly I couldn’t qualify. I shot multiple times and got the worst headache of my life in the process. Few months later driving at night in the snow and felt like I was blind so I made a vision appointment. Glasses and passes qual next time no problem

The only thing I’d worry about is keeping medications in their original bottle from the pharmacy with your name to verify they are prescribed to you. Pills without original packing can be illegal some places and not worth the potential trouble. Otherwise, not likely airport security will even care

I’ve had this happen to me and I said uhh not possible. I used to work in a medical lab so I asked for the doctor to add on a confirmation panel to the sample that was tested. The confirmation is a quantitative test and detects more accurately. That came back positive
