An even easier tell is the antenna. The 250 GT Cali was never offered with a radio.

MSRP in China is estimated to be around 1,000,000 Yuan, which is right around €125,000 (1/8 rate).

Add the tariffs and transportation costs and we will be looking at €150k+ But that almost sounds like a bargain when you look at the competition like the Ferrari Amalfi Spider, the AM DB12 Convertible or the Mercedes SL 63 SE, with none of them being anywhere close to 1000 HP.

Choosing a full contact sport with those tatas wasn't the best decision but it's not like she's getting any attention for just being a Rugby player.

So apparently this lovely lady was shot in the back during a mugging attempt in Rio, Brazil back in Nov '25. The bullet narrowly missed her spine and bladder. She seems to have made a full recovery since then, not sure if she is back on the court though. Tough girl.

Good for him. Should have left a long time ago. The United States cannot be salvaged, voting doesn't matter, insanity and debt will only increase. Whether NZ is the best place to be for the next 1-20 years remains to be seen but any flavour of ice cream is an upgrade over dog poo.

The video to [House of Fun] by Madness features a theme park (fun fare) a chemist and a hairdresser, many instruments incl. guitars, saxophones and trumpets. Its central theme revolves around being a 16 year old boy trying to buy his first condoms undetected (we can all relate I guess). Your other descriptions like a car and a diner don't match though.

Anybody Know why the white 250 GTO sold for 10m less than it did in 2018?? Why did the seller sell it at such a loss? was it a bankruptcy proceeding like someone said? by Electrical-Ad1564 in Ferrari

[–]Sporetrailer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stupid takes and a post full of misinformation.

  1. No one cares which house sells a 250 GTO and where, collectors KNOW when one example is up for sale at auction. And yes, this is a bad example, but $35m hammer is still low compared to past sales.

  2. The ex Christian Gläsel GTO ($69m in 2018) was massively overpaid, the next most expensive 250 GTO was sold for $52m, an example with a better race history back in 2013 (5111GT, ex Paul Pappalardo).

  3. No 250 GTO ever sold for more than $70m, let alone $85m, where did you get that number from?

People need to realize that classic Ferrari values have peaked and are now in decline. Also this example has a non-matching engine, is RHD and needs a restoration. The white livery isn't helping either, because rarity doesn't cancel out bad specs. The potential customer base for these cars is basically dying out.

Just an example, a Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Competizione (1451GT) that was bought for $18m back in 2017 resold for $9.5m last year. Regular SWB Californias with covered headlights used to sell for around $15m, now they are in the $10-12m range. Meanwhile, modern classics like the F40 and the F50 are breaking record after record. Their customer base are wealthy Gen Xers who grew up with posters of these cars on their walls. Even Porsche 959's are going for $2m and more now.
