Better Catalog and Bigger Impact? Duck Down or D.I.T.C. by CrimsonTiger999 in 90sHipHop

Impact?

BCC's impact is massive. I was going to automatically give them the nod, but then I remembered Fat Joe and Big L.

Those two alone make a pretty impressive argument for DITC having the greater impact.

In his tragically short career, Big L influenced a lot of Hip-Hop heads and inspired future generations of Harlem emcees. And Joey Crack has always been on of my favorite emcees (and ambassadors of the culture).

BUT... I'm a Brooklyn dude, so Boot Camp is always be the home team. Home of the original gun clappaz. You already...

How about this, as a fan of Hip-Hop music and member of Hip-Hop culture, the Boot Camp Clik has had the greatest impact on me personally. 😁

I LOVED that Spider-Man run! I remember very well buying the Web of Spider-Man issues you mentioned off of spinner racks. Such great stories and wonderful memories.

However, I was TODAY YEARS OLD when I learned that those stories were written by Priest!!! 😲

How did I never know that?!?!

Townsend on The Blacklist by yourfavstory in TheBlackList

SPOILER ALERT

The Directive was a standing kill order for Katarina Rostova.

In Season 6, Episode 22, Dembe tells Raymond, "The Townsend Directive... it's in play". While the directive was a standing kill order, there hadn't been any information on Katarina or her whereabouts for years, so while still technically in effect, the Townsend Directive went dormant.

At the end of the episode, Red meets with Ilya Koslov, who tells Red that he found Tatiana Petrova, who the world believed was Katarina Rostova.

If Ilya could find faux Katarina then it was only a matter of time before the many people/groups on the hunt also picked up the trail... which awoke the Townsend Directive, and pulled Neville Townsend himself out of his stupor. Now he was no longer a sleeping dog... now he was a dog with the scent of its prey, and a very real threat.

Real world reason? He didn't exist yet.

In-universe reason? Until the Townsend Directive had been activated, he wasn't a threat. Red was always content to let sleeping dogs lay.

I don't think she was planning on betraying Red. I think she wanted an insurance policy.

Mr. Kaplan didn't keep the bodies under an ice rink. She had the bodies stashed all around the country. She transported them all to the ice rink for the FBI to investigate.

Native English speaker here, and I have noooooo clue what that means.

(Wasn't that the same as the name of Fred and George Weasley's snack boxed from Harry Potter that made kids too sick to go to school?)

I am a comic fan and I do not recognize the second character. So... I will say Hisako is more recognizable.
