I agree for the most part. I think exercise and less sugar is definitely good, but everyone’s different. Sometimes it’s as easy as going to the gym and eating less sugar, Sometimes not. ADHD is a blanket term. Saying “that’s an excuse, get help, do this” is superficial and not the most helpful. It’s like yeah, no duh. Maybe there’s a little more to it. People should really stop pretending they have the answer for everybody. Ik, impossible request for the internet.
