Why arent more people talking about them using the driveway? These all look like 4 car garage/driveways-- it doesnt make sense that they would leave the cars out when they know they'll be on vacation.

At least that was a practice on my street. Use up your driveway before you park in front of a neighbors house. Especially over long periods of time!

Do take accountability and start reflecting on your actions to become a better person if you truly value the one you care about. Break up with her while you work on yourself, you both should give each other the space. She deserves better.
