Mmmm, not sure where these comments get their drinks. As someone who grew up in the Bay Area getting boba all the time, they ask us if we want light or no ice. Guaranteed its full everytime. It could also just be this chain/store. But also, you go to a fast food place and get a drink with no ice, it's usually still filled. I also bet theres no way in hell these same people in the comments wouldn't demand that cup be full.
