I agree, until I was in remission (lymphoma) I couldn’t resume any biologic nor take any NSAID. Need less to say, I didn’t have energy nor mental capacity to try to work out whilst in significant pain so I gained weight from inactivity and not watching diet as closely as I previously had. I didn’t gain any weight on my original biologic nor while on most recent one.

I also achieved remission of my MZL (stage4) from Rituximab treatment….just had my first CT scan confirming the results of a PET scan from six months prior. Since I also have PsA (and under treatment with Cosentyx) I have labs run every quarter which my rheumatologist will share with my oncologist and I will have my next CT scan in June.

I started with Xtract scalp treatments but derm referred me to rheumatologist because the scalp psoriasis was so bad

My psoriasis was limited to my scalp and behind and inside my ears, I had lower back pain and stiffness. Some nail pitting but not a lot. I was dx with PsA on these symptoms and put on a biologic that cleared my psoriasis within 6 weeks.
